Hi everyone, Im new to Ryzen system and new to the overclocking world and i'm wondering first of the peak clocks registered by AMD RM are normal, low or high to beging with and wiich software should I use to start overclocking it (I saw a video weeks ago where Anthony teaches how to do it, but I want your advice to) Here is an screenshot with my peak speeds an cinebencho result: edit: I wawnt to ask to what the energy settings are for: Saw a video where they recomended changing it to AMD Ryzen High ... but what does it means, that will be running 100 % even at IDLE? what do you recomend?

Ideal for regular use, switch to Ryzen for top performance when gaming or handling demanding tasks like benchmarking.

Switch to Ryzen High Performance plan. You won't reach 100% during idle. PBO or AutoOC are enabled? Check. Your single core score is what?

The key adjustments that boost performance are unclear to me. I’m not sure what PBO or Auto OC means, and I just changed my CPU yesterday.
