Seems like no changes are required, and you can still use 2nd/1st gen Ryzen CPUs with the motherboard.

There are superior B450 boards available that are confirmed to fit Ryzen 3000 processors. Consider an MSI B450 A-Pro Max, gaming plus max, or Tomahawk Max.
