So I have this mb with bios v1.70 and i need to update it cuz that bios do not support my CPU (on the website that stated that) but when i started pc with 5700g i could see bios settings and now I wonder if i can update bios with my CPU to v2.20. on ASRock website they stated that i need older CPU to do this and now I am confused cuz i can do this with my Ryzen 7 5700g if i opened bios settings. I wrote a letter to ASRock support and still waiting for response, but maybe you guys could help me out a little, what do you think?

Sure, if you manage to access the bios, why not just refresh it?

When you access the BIOS settings, you have the ability to make updates.

I'm worried about bios issues and can't do much because they told me I need this Matisse, Renoir or Vermeer CPU.
