Latest game news and issues. Reported crashes and updates.
I’ve owned this PC from cyber power PC’s at Best Buy since April or May 2020. It’s been around for about five years now. Upgrading to a GeForce 3070ti and a Ryzen 9 CPU didn’t go well, so I ended up handing it over to a local mom-and-pop shop after failing the upgrade. When I brought it back, it was even slower—and still not ideal. Now it works just fine, but it’s still not perfect. I’ve been having trouble with simple game updates; sometimes it takes around two hours for a 2GB update, even though my internet is super fast. It feels like something in the BIOS might be causing issues, but I’m not sure what’s going on. I just want to fix it and get back to playing games smoothly. Any suggestions?
