No one seems to be using the latest COD version. With your specs—3080 graphics, i7 10700K, and a 130 FPS output—you're not matching the performance of users who have older GPUs like a 3070, which typically hit around 150 FPS. Your hardware is solid, but the GPU might be limiting things.

Checking the current resolution and settings. Both players are using the same resolution and configuration.
