Hey there! I know things haven’t gone smoothly with your new build. The BIOS isn’t showing up, but the lights and fans are still working. We’ve already swapped out the motherboard twice—first one was dead, then we got a new one—but nothing’s turning on. The repair shop said the CPU is probably faulty too. We sent it back for a replacement, but it still won’t power up. We even checked the BIOS flashback and tried connecting it to the GPU, but the display only shows a light in the top left corner. Sometimes the VGA light works when we power on, and sometimes the DRAM light appears briefly before everything goes dark. We’ve tested HDMI, DisplayPort, and even booted without the GPU or with just RAM, but nothing’s working consistently. Right now we’re thinking about selling each part separately and getting a prebuilt unit. We’d really appreciate any advice or help you can offer!
This high-end thermal right peerless assassin costs around $35 and easily outperforms most 240mm audio amplifiers. It also comes in white. Be sure to check the CPU placement carefully and consult the manual regarding RAM installation.
I just saw that the connectors on the board have 4+4 pin CPU connectors, not the standard 6+2 GPU ones.
The cord mentions a CPU, I captured some photos since ours doesn’t look like 4+4. Both cables seem to have 8 pins. If that makes sense, please note I’m not familiar with the technical terms.
Great! We'll take a closer look since it looks like a solid deal. Confirmed we placed it correctly.
