Latest BIOS updates for MSI Tomahawk B450 motherboards

I changed the BIOS of tomahawk b450 to version 7C02v1C. Now I experience several BSODs, especially during network tasks. For instance, I attempted to open Teaverviewer and it crashed after a few seconds. Also, yesterday I tried downloading the latest VMware Workstation update and it failed mid-download. Previously, after updating the AMD chipset drivers, everything worked smoothly without any BSOD. Any suggestions?

Is this a beta version? Your X370 Gaming Pro Carbon experienced a blue screen shortly after starting up. Consider reverting to an earlier BIOS that remains compatible with your processor.

Check the memory speed and timing settings in the BIOS, it could indicate an issue.

I went back to earlier bios, looks fine now. This means I’ll keep using it unless MSI drops a solid update.

They won’t, Zen 2 isn’t available anymore, so they’ll concentrate on it unless significant issues arise. Adjust your RAM settings and you should be fine.

Consider your components' specifications, as stability can still be affected by BIOS. If you didn’t adjust the timing settings, they might be compromised. Manually configure them according to their ratings, set DRAM voltage to 1.35 and CPU VSOC to 1.1.
