Sorry, I misunderstood—you meant a CMOS reset, not a BIOS reset. I attempted to press the CMOS Clear button on the back and also took the battery out for roughly ten minutes before trying again with your recommended steps.

You followed the steps as instructed, left the battery off for over an hour, and repeatedly pressed the power button for more than 20 seconds, but the computer still won’t start and the drive remains active.

Consider testing at 6000 MHz. For AMD chips, the Infinity Fabric usually handles speeds above that, possibly in multiples of up to 2000 MHz. If you exceed 6000, it switches to asynchronous memory timing with respect to the Infinity Fabric. Try 6000 and let us know.

With integrated graphics, connect just the CPU, power, and one RAM stick. Test the other stick. If it doesn’t work, check the CPU or motherboard.

It seems like the motherboard or CPU might be damaged, and it's unlikely both RAM modules failed during the BIOS update.

You're facing a tricky situation with your system. Since you've swapped in a new motherboard but still encounter the same issues, it's possible the problem lies elsewhere—like the CPU or RAM. The fact that everything behaves similarly suggests the hardware itself might be fine, so focus on checking those components.
