Hello, I'm struggling with FPS lag spikes across all my activities, even when just browsing or watching videos. Please help me check my DX Diag in Windows 10 and see if it provides more details in the DxDiag.txt file.

This began recently. No hardware modifications were made, and nothing was installed. Your CPU and GPU usage at idle should remain close to 0%.
