Looks like the CPU is holding up just fine for now. A higher RAM overclock could help, but it's probably better to stick with the current timing settings. You might want to keep things simple rather than risking instability. Buying a new CPU or motherboard seems tempting, but the money constraint is holding you back. The B350 motherboard doesn’t support newer Ryzen models, which adds another layer to the situation.
On the CPU? 1.3375v was my peak under full load, mainly for Linpack Xtreme. 4400 hit 1.268v. It was a decent CPU, though it served as a placeholder for Vermeer. I should have kept it in mind considering how uncommon it is now. It wasn’t the top choice, but she was still a solid performer.
Around 1.5v... I don't recall if I just had my Royals, or if I bought a pair of Black and Whites a few weeks after setting up the system. Based on the memory copy speed, I hadn't purchased them yet. Running in dual rank boosts the mem copy speed by roughly 2000-2500MB/s. It's been about 14 months since I last thought about it, I suppose.
It's a solid choice. My Royals are 3200C14, and 1.4 works well with 2000 16-16-16-36 on my 5600X. I use the Anta777 Extreme or Absolute profile in TM5, and my reliable Linpack is always there.
