Hello everyone, I recently assembled a new PC and have already encountered some issues. Last night I attempted to start up and encountered a BSOD with error code 0xc0000428, which seems related to a corrupted signature. I followed the advice to install an USB drive, so I booted my old system and ran it overnight—Wi-Fi was very slow. After that, I tried to restart again but it still won’t power on. I can’t access BIOS to attempt a fix for my previous problem. Switching to my old graphics card didn’t help either, and connecting to another motherboard didn’t resolve the issue. I’m unsure what to do next. Should I take it to a repair shop for around 65 euros, or is it better to bring it in for diagnosis? Here are my details: CPU – Intel Core i5-12400F at 2.5 GHz with 6 cores; cooler – be quiet! Pure Rock 2 CPU cooler; motherboard – Asus PRIME B660M-A Wi-Fi D4 Micro ATX LGA1700; RAM – Corsair Vengeance LPX 32 GB (2x16 GB) DDR4-3200 CL16; storage – Kingston KC3000 SSD 512 GB M.2 2280; graphics – MSI MECH 2X OC Radeon RX 6750 XT 12 GB; case – NZXT H510 Flow ATX mid-tower; power supply – Seasonic G12 GC-750; OS – Windows 11 64 bit.

It seems clearing and reinserting the RAM resolved the issues. It's hard to believe that doing that would lead to such problems with the PC not posting or Windows crashing. I checked the BIOS yesterday evening and noticed both memory slots were present. I'll monitor how long it lasts.
