Last month I was banned from Fortnite. When I joined a game, I keep getting kicked and seeing that message. Should I ask for help?

Consider disabling your VPN or stopping the cheating.

This discussion exists because admitting uncertainty can be helpful—especially when trying to understand why someone might have been flagged for cheating.

Things to think about:
1. Is your internet speed slower than a polar bear doing breakdancing in the Nevada desert?
2. Are you using a VPN?
3. Which security programs are installed? If you’re using cheating tools or mods, remove them immediately and reinstall the full game if removal is difficult (never played Fortnite but have experience with FPS games like BF2142)

I didn’t cheat. It’s strange I can play the game on different devices. I’ve spent 300 euros on skins there. Why would I do that?

I have 1000MB down and 50MB up.
Not using Windows Defender, even after deleting and reinstalling the game, the same warning appears.
Thank you.

I found my game in German, so I didn’t upload the German version.

Holding onto weak points but I think you've already refreshed your cache—maybe restarting IPConfig and DNScache would help, assuming you're using Windows 10. https://www.technipages.com/flush-and-re...g-ipconfig The other idea I had is whether Fortnite has anti-cheat tools like PunkBuster and if setting the right firewall rules could make a difference.

Thanks for the help. I confirmed the cache was cleared and plan to test again. However, I’m considering a full SSD reset just in case there’s a hardware restriction.
