Do you have the most recent AMD chipset drivers from AMD.com installed? Is there a BIOS update ready for your laptop?

HP support isn't reminding me about any updates or BIOS changes. I'm just setting up the AMD components—either reinstalling or installing for the first time with the drivers I found for Windows 11/10.

Determine if the device is an HP or Razer laptop. Using software for a different brand may lead to unexpected issues.

You have a Razer Cortex power plan set up using an earlier screenshot. Do you own any Razer accessories such as a mouse or keyboard that you use with it? These drivers shouldn't require a power plan, but you should check Programs and Features and remove any Razer items for troubleshooting.
