Also consider your custom power plan or set up a new one. I've noticed some problems when using the standard Windows plans with the Razer Cortex software installed.

I experienced various temperatures during the game, with a power dissipation of 45W.

I've attempted the cortex plan, but it remains unchanged. A custom plan also yields the same results.

You navigated through the settings, adjusted advanced power options, and confirmed the processor management section. Make sure the maximum state is at 100%. It might help to test with a game or similar activity afterward. The HwInfo64 looks good, but we should review more details like CPU speeds and power usage.

I captured everything I could. The CPU speed dropped sharply (while a game was running), and Hwinfo crashed during the process. I verified it was at 100% performance, but the issue still occurred.
