laptop problems
I purchased a laptop, but its browser and screen frequently freeze, and the sales team at Lenovo Concept Store Festival Mall & PC Express failed to resolve the issue. Is the problem with the device itself or the operating system? I’m not satisfied with their customer support.

The store reformatted my laptop, but I still face the blackout browser and screen issues. They don’t seem to want to replace it with a new one. I’m unsure what’s wrong or how to fix it—I thought a reformat could help. What should I do now if that’s the situation?
I reached out via the Lenovo website but they haven’t resolved the problem, so I visited the store despite their home service claim. The issue remains unchanged after reformatting. Could you tell me the location of the nearest Lenovo main service center in Metro Manila or in the South area?
