I purchased a laptop, but its browser and screen frequently freeze, and the sales team at Lenovo Concept Store Festival Mall & PC Express failed to resolve the issue. Is the problem with the device itself or the operating system? I’m not satisfied with their customer support.

The device must display a label at the bottom containing the model number.

The label shows the model type but not the specific model number. What does that usually mean?

1) Have you attempted restarting into Safe Mode and observed if the screen remains black in and out?
2) In Safe Mode, consider executing DDU to eliminate outdated graphics drivers and reload the newest ones for your laptop.
DDU is available for download

The store reformatted my laptop, but I still face the blackout browser and screen issues. They don’t seem to want to replace it with a new one. I’m unsure what’s wrong or how to fix it—I thought a reformat could help. What should I do now if that’s the situation?

Have you experimented with using an external screen or monitor? Have you reached out to Lenovo?

I reached out via the Lenovo website but they haven’t resolved the problem, so I visited the store despite their home service claim. The issue remains unchanged after reformatting. Could you tell me the location of the nearest Lenovo main service center in Metro Manila or in the South area?
