System Details: High-performance laptop (144Hz) equipped with AMD Ryzen 5 5600H processor, Radeon Graphics 3.30 GHz, 8.00 GB RAM, 64-bit OS. Runs Windows 11 Home Single Language 22H2. Features include Nvidia GeForce GTX 1650 (4GB). Issue: On gameplay in Genshin Impact, the display began to jump and stutter, continuing even after closing the application. Steps taken: 1) Suspected driver problem, reinstalled both AMD Radeon Graphics and NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 without improvement. 2) Conducted full antivirus and offline scans with no issues detected. 3) Used HP PC hardware diagnostics; no faults identified. 4) Executed System File Checker (sfc/scannow) and DISM utilities, but no errors found. Video evidence: Screen Problem.mp4 (Edited August 26, 2023 by F69)

Is your display showing a hardware problem? Did you buy the laptop recently or has it been around for a while? If it's brand new, consider claiming warranty support—HP might not be able to repair or replace it easily, especially with an outdated GPU like the GTX1650.

It would be wise to visit the service center, as it looks like there might be a hardware problem—perhaps the screen connector on the PCB is slipping or deteriorating.

Have you ever discovered the issue as I'm experiencing the same problem?
