Hi everyone, I hope someone can assist me. I own an HP convertible 14-ba101ng and have been facing this issue for nearly a week. Initially, everything functions properly for about a minute, but then the laptop stops recognizing the Wi-Fi card. The device doesn’t appear in ipconfig -all, and the Task Manager also stops working. Could the SSD be the cause? Thanks for any advice you can provide.
