The BIOS was functioning properly and wasn’t related to the CPU. The problems were elsewhere, which is why I’m assembling a PC with my friend. We’ve determined that we can’t connect an output to the monitor because the Ryzen 5600X is too recent for the BIOS on the ASUS PRIME B550M-A WIFI. The main issue is that updating the BIOS would require an older processor, making it impractical to wait for a newer chip. We’re exploring whether using a laptop connected via Ethernet could help flash the BIOS, or if we need a more compatible CPU. Feel free to ask for more details!

No, the 5600X functioned well prior to BIOS 3404. This isn't the problem.
