Because of local regulations at the time, they were designated as streets to help the city preserve them, particularly during winter months. There were originally more, but only these two remain today.
I’ve only used it fully and never tried sleep mode. Now it’s working very reliably when plugged in. Before, it felt unpredictable. I also checked leaving it asleep and then plugging it back in—it started charging within about ten minutes. After turning it back on and closing it, it reached 100% quickly.
