It seems it should function properly since my ISP only supports 50Mbps and it worked on another machine. However, if you confirm this, I’ll purchase another cable to test. Could the issue be hardware-related because the Ethernet LEDs aren’t lighting up?

The TCP/IPV4 seems to set itself up automatically for both my PC and router... might there be an issue with the hardware? Also, the Ethernet LEDs aren’t flashing.

Do you have additional equipment you can connect to the router to verify port functionality? Otherwise, if you have an extra PCIe port available on the device, I’d consider purchasing a budget Intel Gigabit NIC. If not, opt for an affordable USB Gigabit NIC.
