It's fine, I've shared the full log. Please confirm if you want it posted here. I've enabled auto-negotiation and tested it at 1Gbps, but no results were obtained.

Take that program off your system. It's unnecessary. Back in the days of Windows XP and older gear like dial-up, ADSL modems, and routers, those tools helped boost internet performance. Now Windows settings are much more efficient, likely surpassing what this software could achieve. Moreover, any tweaks you make only apply to connections between your machine and the ISP's modem—so it's pointless. First remove it, then check Device Manager: right-click the Realtek driver, choose Uninstall, restart. This might fix issues if the software had linked extra drivers to your network card. After rebooting, open Device Manager, select Scan for hardware changes from the menu (or similar), and the network card driver should be reinstalled. The advanced settings differ by chip model and motherboard; it's normal you don't have all options. Your connection speed is listed at 10 Mbps, which isn't a bottleneck—it means the software isn't overloading the link. Your Ethernet card might be intentionally capped at 10 Mbps for compatibility. Possible causes include faulty cables, poor connectors, high error rates during data transfer, or even brief power interruptions that confuse the chip. If you set the speed to 1 Gbps, it won't work because the other side can only handle 100 Mbps; the card will default back to 10 Mbps. If you choose 100 Mbps full duplex or half duplex (full duplex preferred), and the router supports it, you'll get a full 100 Mbps.

Hi mate, Thanks for reply the optimizer tools doesn't change any driver settings no worries about it and like many suggested i've deleted it cause its a powershell gui kinda interface >>>anyway i'm posting the logs of it since somany have asked for it..and yes the connection change in advance tab changes the connection to 100Mbps but i'm not reciving any internet & i'm unable to even log in the router page ...but in linux(i've used a usb bootable linux) it shows as 10Mbps as default too...could it be a hardware problem??? I've shared some photos of the final setup after all the recommendations. The inspection images are already posted, and the port cable appears fine. I disabled the LAN port, removed the Wi-Fi service, and used the Realtek drivers from their website (Realtek_LAN version 10.060.0615.2022). Also installed the AsRock driver for Windows 11 and Windows 10. The installer kept suggesting a repair option each time it opened after another was installed. I confirmed the Advanced Tab is set to auto-negotiate, but the connection still changes to 100Mbps yet no internet is working, and I can't access the router admin page.

Do you have another cable to test? I’m skeptical about this one because the crimp at the bottom is meant to secure the cable sheathing and stop wires from being pulled when the cable shifts, but it’s being crimped incorrectly onto the wires themselves, which won’t hold them in place. I’ve made a similar error before and it always led to poor connections. Be sure to clean the port thoroughly using a Q tip and 99% isopropyl alcohol just in case. Make sure you only move forward to back as the Q tip could get caught if you try to reverse the direction.

Indicates a link speed of 100 Mbps; the ISP modem supports up to that rate, preventing higher speeds. For setup, access the control panel, network connections, and configure TCP/IP version 4 to auto-generate IP and DNS details.

Hi, Yes i've tried with a different cable, which is not like self made but a inbuilding wiring one which is laminated good one but the result is kinda same no change/no internet when 100Mbps or 1000Mbps is forced in pc/router settings...i'll try the clean with earbuds i'll u know...

The modem supports 1000Mbps full duplex, yet the connection is restricted to a 50Mbps plan. I can adjust the settings in the modem, but increasing the LAN speed won’t work. I’ve modified the TCP/IPv4 configuration, though the default settings appear active. However, the screenshot shows internet connected at 100Mbps while actual data packets are minimal or absent. I’ve also tested it on Ubuntu 22.04, forcing the LAN port to 100Mbps, but it still didn’t connect. It seems there might be a hardware issue. Additionally, using a different modem (Dlink-650IN) only achieves 10Mbps.
