Hello, I discovered a problem where my computer freezes intermittently. After checking Task Manager right after the incident, I noticed that at one precise moment, both GPU and CPU dropped from 100% to 0%, while the HDD—which shouldn’t have been used—rose from 0% to 100%. This usually occurs during gaming sessions when both components hit maximum usage, but it also happened while browsing the web. The game I was playing was fully installed on another drive (SSD). It seems nothing should be running on the HDD at that time. I’m hoping you can assist me. Specs:

- D - HHD 500gb
- GPU: -Asus ROG Strix RX 570 4GB
- CPU: -AMD Ryzen 3 1200MHz
