It should operate smoothly in 1080p resolution, maintaining 60fps or higher using the newest drivers on a 290 device.

The game is really tough with a poor port, and I haven’t put much effort into getting it for PC. Still, your card seems unusually powerful while playing—my GTX 770 runs over 180fps in Black Ops 2, so maybe yours is just overheating or throttling?

It seems like there might be an issue with your internet connection. Would you like me to try something else?

Purchase a router and relocate it to the upper floor. Wireless options offer limited speed and slow response times. Wired connections provide fast data transfer and minimal delay. Alternatively, consider shifting your router to the higher level or placing your gaming PC closer to the floor. Or opt for a 20-meter GBe Cat6 cable if it meets your needs.

It needs a power source from the wall because it relies on external electricity to function.
