I purchased an HP 15-ef2020ca laptop which has two memory slots, but only one is currently equipped with this RAM. You can simply connect another RAM module below.

The unit has two slots. Someone mentioned checking that both ends match, but I can't locate the precise model since it's an OEM component. Are you sure all specifications are the same?

Yes, it's the same brand, so there shouldn't be any real issue.
