I used Outlook on a Windows PC and wanted to connect my calendar to an iPhone. I installed iCloud, instructed it to sync the 7600 Uutlook calendar entries, and noticed they disappeared from Outlook entirely. They also vanished from iCloud. I’ve looked up this problem and found similar issues reported by others over many years. My calendar isn’t showing up in deleted items, and it was saved as a PST file. I’m unsure where it might still be.

Did you check the documents and Outlook folder for the PST file?

outlook 365
they were gone, but fortunately I had a PST backup from some time back that contained all my recurring appointments—still bothersome but not as bad as before.

It seems there might be a gap in the time before automatic deletions or archiving. Check those options and adjust the duration accordingly, or choose "never."
For example:
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/a...nt...d-deleting
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us...ok delete old items instead of archiving them
Just a quick check.
