I've experienced this problem before too, though the guest OS sometimes manages it. Windows never handled it, but even certain Linux guests have been unpredictable. Vanilla Ubuntu GNOME works, Arch GNOME doesn't. Odd.

Yes, it is feasible to enable GPU Passthrough in KVM within Windowed Mode for both Full Screen Linux (Host) and Windows 11 (Guest) simultaneously, including with 3D acceleration and a transparent start menu.
