You need a VPN to obtain a Russian IP address to launch the game, but once connected, the experience will be in Russian. It’s worth noting this might affect Steam’s saved game data, though it shouldn’t impact your playtime significantly.

It's because it's a religious activation restricted to Russia, so you might need their VPN. However, I'd prefer Hola for better internet speed since a small VPN could easily be hacked by someone in the middle.

I wouldn't suggest purchasing any game requiring a VPN. Access keys are frequently restricted.

Why would you even buy from that site? If you are trying to get a discount I would wait for greenmangaming.com to put out one of their 20% off codes and use it on GTA V. This is what I did and got the game for $46 same price as that site. And you dont need a vpn, just copy and paste into steam.
