Usually higher quality keystone jacks work well with thicker wires in premium cables and handle higher frequencies. To achieve full speed ratings you generally need all components rated for Cat 8 speeds. However, this difference usually doesn’t affect performance since there’s no standard making Cat 8 superior to Cat 6a.
