It seems the issue lies with USB devices and the system labels it as a USB internal hub, but troubleshooting will be difficult. Consider using a Linux live environment to check for driver problems and reinstall Windows if needed.

It might be the keyboard, your motherboard, or certain BIOS settings on the motherboard that can reset the BIOS and see if it resolves the issue or if the keyboard is functioning within the BIOS.

Tried resetting once but it didn’t help. The keyboard also doesn’t work in BIOS. Could you look into some motherboard settings?
