Hello! I'm trying to understand why your K95 keeps disconnecting. It seems the issue started after the ICEU5 update and the keyboard update inside the program tried downgrading to ICEU4, which helped temporarily. Now you can use the keyboard for hours, but it disconnects after a few minutes and then reconnects on its own—sometimes it works a few times before failing again. This pattern repeats 3-4 times, with the Windows USB sound looping for 30 seconds and the device not being recognized until you force-reconnect. You also get a device error saying the USB device isn't recognized. I've attached a screenshot from your ICEU software showing both versions. Is there a way to downgrade the BIOS on the keyboard?
Hey, Can you try resetting the keyboard? Unplug the keyboard, hold down the ESC key, then plug in the keyboard while still holding down the key for 30 seconds. I managed the reset and didn’t realize it was possible with wired keyboards too. Thanks for sharing this new insight—it gives me hope! I don’t need to upgrade this keyboard since it’s already working well.

the keyboard functioned properly once icue 3 was set up but before i changed the bois switch on it to reestablish connection so the icue program could identify the keyboard afterward. after that everything malfunctioned and it disconnected immediately, repeatedly trying to reconnect. it no longer shows up detected by iCUE but keeps trying to connect again. i’m unable to get the keyboard recognized by the pc either. i posted this to corsair as well, hoping they can provide the original software for the keyboard.
