Hey everyone. I recently purchased a 2022 Zephrous G14 and encountered an issue when clicking on the key caps—there’s tactile feedback, but the system doesn’t register it. This is problematic because I need to use the laptop at school, and it’s making typing really difficult. Model shows minor issues with key stabilization. Pressing the key at the edge doesn't fully engage the switch, preventing proper contact closure and key detection.
