Keyboard issue
Hello,
I own two Microsoft Ergo 4000 keyboards. One has a problem with the main Enter key—it hasn’t worked recently, though the other keypad keys function normally. After cleaning both devices and trying fixes, I swapped all parts between them, but the issue persists. The 3-layered PCB foil appears to be the culprit. I cleaned it with isopropyl alcohol, but I’m unsure if the damage is visible.
I’ve attached two photos showing the affected area on the foil.
