In short, my keyboard fails after waking up or switching to USB mode. When using Bluetooth with my royal kludge rk71, it works fine after a fresh restart. If I put the computer to sleep and wake it again, the keyboard stops responding. Even when connected via USB cable, it becomes unresponsive. Keeping it idle for hours makes it worse. The only solution that helped was a restart. I've tried many fixes from memory: reinstalling drivers, updating them, adjusting power settings, disabling certain features, and even changing Bluetooth behavior. The laptop specs are Asus Vivobook S15 with Intel Core i5, 16GB RAM, and NVIDIA GPU. I also have an LG 24-inch monitor, a USB hub, a LAN cable, and a Logitech K380 Bluetooth keyboard on my Dell Latitude 5320. If you need more options, feel free to ask. Thanks ahead!
It seems there may be a keyboard problem. Look for available firmware updates for your keyboard. You can also reset it by holding Fn and the spacebar for a short time until the lights blink. If this doesn’t help, flash the firmware directly from the manufacturer’s site.
