You can purchase a Windows 10 Home product key from reputable platforms like eBay, but ensure you verify the seller's reputation and check for authenticity before buying.

Purchasing from a third party can cause issues with the key, though certain Windows keys function repeatedly. These alternatives typically cost around $20 and are frequently effective.

Ebay seems questionable. Grey market carries risk. Take chances wisely. Suggested options: 1) Amazon or Microsoft site. 2) Use the activation link to buy a key.

I believe Linus purchased Windows 10 from the link you shared for $30, and it functioned properly.

When purchasing on eBay, look into the number of keys sold and the reviews associated with them. If issues arise, PayPal can help—typically costs around $5, which isn’t a significant loss. For Windows 7 or 8 keys, consider activating Windows 10 first; it sometimes succeeds. I managed to activate Windows 10 using a Win8 Pro key last year, even after the free upgrade window had ended and I hadn’t used that key before.

I don't have the ability to link videos directly. However, you can search for the video using the keywords provided so you can access it yourself.

I don't recall the video or the creator, but one tech reviewer seems to have done it, though I'm not certain who.

Do you have an outdated laptop that came with Windows 10 Home? If yes, you can use RW-Everything to pull your Windows 10 key from the BIOS or boot Linux from USB. Then run the command: "sudo strings /sys/firmware/acpi/tables/MSDM". Most systems running Windows 8 or newer should have a key stored in the BIOS if it was included.
