It's a store-certified product, not an original equipment manufacturer. You'll find a customer Q&A at the bottom of the page where someone who purchased it clarified the details.

Check directly with Microsoft regarding the part code KW9-00265. It might be OEM, though I suspect it's only available as a DVD.

The retail price is the main indicator. OEMs don't go on sale for more than £100. None of the Win10 licenses are available on DVDs; they're all sold as USB drives now.

You are completely wrong mate. Lookie here here is Windows 10 Home OEM DVD. https://www.komplett.no/product/852448/d...64-bit-oem Yes DVD. It costs NOK 1490, which is around $140 Windows 10 Home retail USB for sale here at around $160 or NOK 1690. https://www.komplett.no/product/1136521/...ws-10-home . So clearly Windows 10 OEM both Home and Pro comes with DVD, what I'm not 100% sure about is if they come as DVD only. BUT there is only around $20 difference in price between them, only difference is retail was USB and OEM was DVD.

Being completely mistaken implies the linked item is also OEM. But from the same page I see it’s not, as that site confirms no DVD option for Win10.
