Kernel Power 41 with random resets
Kernel Power 41 with random resets
Over the past few months my computer has been behaving oddly, often restarting unexpectedly. I've been attempting fixes using software without much luck, so I replaced the power supply unit in hopes it would resolve the problem. Unfortunately, it didn't help. In the Event Viewer, the kernel power status shows 41(63), and I've included additional details along with other error messages.
We’ll begin by discussing the equipment you’re using.
Have you made any adjustments prior to these issues occurring?
CPU is a Ryzen 5 3600, motherboard is Asus B550a. GPU is Gigabyte RTX 3060ti, RAM is G.Skill Trident Z 3200MHz. Power supply uses EVGA SuperNova 650GA, SSD is Samsung 250GB M.2, HDD is Seagate BareaCuda 2TB. They just began showing up unexpectedly.
I also changed your PSU, okay? Right now I'm working in the dark. Could you share a photo of your PC inside? I want to check if everything is connected properly. Another option might be to adjust the power plan and see if it switches to high performance mode.
