I downloaded KAX and noticed a "read me" prompt suggesting additional files from the expanded add-on should go into the game data folder. That’s the right place—just locate the folder labeled “Gamedata” in your KSP installation and add the necessary files there. No need to worry, you’re on the right track!

I think it's likely in the Steam folder. Open your Steam folder (default path: C:\Program Files\Steam). Then navigate to 0 SteamApps\Common\KerbalSpaceProgram. That should help locate it. I'm not certain since I don't have KSP, but that's my best guess.

Soup might be in a similar location on your system. Steam could also appear in the C:\Program Files (x86) directory.

Attempted it, but only found the file containing the "read me" text. Haven't checked yet, but it seems likely it should have been searched for as a folder when Gamedata was set up.
