Keeping temperatures stable during GPU overclocking is essential.
I checked the details of your GT-730. For safe overclocking, temperatures should stay below certain thresholds. With a +170 MHz boost and Unigine Valley at peak around 61°C, you're within acceptable limits but monitor closely.
Anything under 90*C is secure. I favor below 80*C. Although the GPU can manage above 90*C, no one suggests it. You may encounter a safe voltage cap before reaching extremely high temperatures.
The highest safe operating temperature for the GT-730 is 98°C. This number isn't a big deal because the card will automatically reduce its performance well before that. You won't actually hit those temperatures since the card's built-in safeguards limit GPU speed without needing hardware changes or a different BIOS setup.
Even after extended periods under 80°C, it should still be acceptable. I'm just starting out with overclocking and not fully aware of how it affects the card's lifespan.
