It's really irritating! Why does adrenaline drop whenever I launch or play COD Cold War? I've done everything: DDU, installed AMD chipset, reset Windows, formatted the SSD and started fresh. It happens with all settings—default, preset, manual. Even with XMP both enabled and disabled, it doesn't matter! Plus, when this occurs, Logitech Options stops working and my Mx Master loses proper function. I'm not sure how they connect.

Specs: Ryzen 3900X, 4x 8GB Gskill 3200MHz RAM, RX6800, 1TB Samsung Evo NVMe, Aorus Master MB, Corsair RX750W PSU.

Check if an earlier release of Adrenaline might resolve the issue. This might be a code that triggers the crash. Their track record for fixing bugs and adding features hasn’t been outstanding in the past two years.

I also ran the previous update, 21.4.1, during the new setup. There’s nothing else to test at the moment.

You don’t need to remove everything from Logitech, just the problematic programs. Reinstalling Windows alone might not fix the issue if third-party apps are causing problems.

It seems many people didn't buy ATi Cards because the drivers are poor. If you're pushing overclocking limits, consider it. Search for others facing the same problem online. You might find better solutions by adjusting game settings.
