So another Windows update causing problems... KB5070311 optional preview update does have several issues, one seems to be problems with newer versions of Intel ARC drivers, especially with the B580. After installing the update it might just start to BSOD during boot, or just give an empty black screen with mouse cursor, or Windows might have trouble identifying the gpu. There are several other issues aswell.
