It seems the studios prioritize the X1 and PS4 because they are more commercially successful, which means you shouldn't emphasize developing a PC port.

It's disappointing you had those problems. But as I mentioned, it really helped me and many of my friends. We were genuinely amazed by how smooth it was with GTA 4. I don’t understand why you’re complaining about loading times, maybe it wasn’t any better on the console.

In GTA 4 the initial version performed significantly better. Running it on an SSD reduced loading time by about two seconds. The expected improvement was closer to thirty seconds faster.
