I find it hard to grasp why my frame rate drops to %1 lows significantly below my 144 FPS. I experience fluctuations ranging from 40 to 70 frames, but I’m unable to figure out the cause. I’ve updated everything—motherboard, cables, drivers, GPU, RAM, and SSD—but nothing has resolved the issue.
and the dips could actually be okay but they lead to my games going from smooth to a major stutter, then back to smooth again, followed by another stutter. I've also confirmed that no resource ever exceeds 100% usage in any case.
Temperatures are also normal since my CPU stays below 80°C and my GPU remains around 60-70°C.
Only one CCD has an extended (3D) cache; when others are used, it leads to high latency and poor performance. Ensure your Windows 24H2 is current, as a partial fix was released a few months ago. Adjust Game Mode in BIOS to disable the second CCD without 3D cache, though 8 cores and 16 threads are sufficient for most games.
game mode in bios is working, and I'm up to date with everything. I've adjusted the game bar and everything, which ensures the cores are properly parked, though I still encounter the bad %1 issue.
