that is my exact build, runs incredible. Have the cash for 1080 on hand waiting for aftermarket cards to release to pull the trigger. Now my question is concerning my overclock, power supply, and gpu combined lol... My i5 is overclocked at 4.7 ghz and running awesome, Can anyone verify I'm not going to run into power supply issues with it being a 650w? I intend on getting the evga ftw 1080... Pc part picker leaves me with about 225 of clearance but that's not accounting for my cpu being overclocked or a non founders gpu lol... Still kind of a noob with all this...

The majority of power supplies operate most efficiently when running at half capacity. Beyond that, pushing the graphics card beyond its optimal settings leaves little margin. A more reliable power supply is essential for safety.

I won't try to push the 1080 past its default settings out of box. I'm okay with staying in the safe zone, just as long as the system works fine. If I hit any bottlenecks, I'll drop back down from the overclock.
