Hey, a few months back I got my PC and installed my RAM at 3200Mhz. It was the only component in my BIOS. Whenever I disconnect everything and reconnect, I need to reset the BIOS or else the PC won’t start. My setup is an AMD Ryzen 7 2700X with an RTX 2060, a 3200MHz Aorus B450 PRO, and a Be quiet system power unit rated at 600W.

Hey there, remember me? I assisted with setting up your build a few months back. Would you consider lowering the clock speed to 3000mhz? It might improve things a bit, maybe just a small drop in performance. I also think updating your BIOS could help, just like TigrH suggested.
