Hmm, I believed Eden Games ceased operations. TDU2 was really terrible, and I’d rather hurt my eyes than see that name again (which rarely appears). Updated: The former employees of Eden might have moved to Ivory Tower? That sounds risky.
Referring to the engine from Ivory Tower's former team, Babel was used. Also, PS4 and XBONE are the final platforms available. Ubisoft is only offering support, not full control, which might explain why they're not pushing a Watch Dogs sequel.

He’s been coming back to that game nonstop, and every time I call him a retard, it gets worse. The concept is solid, but the way it’s done feels terrible—like a mess with the same engine as TDU2. Hopefully we won’t end up spinning in 6th gear from a standstill, and don’t ignore the annoying cheesy cutscenes.
I rarely share this, but when I was a kid (ages 0-12), I bought it and some extra content... But honestly, the quality was poor and the mods didn’t help much, just like TDU1.
I joined the beta without caring about everyone's opinions. I heard about this game some time ago and thought it would be enjoyable. Since I never bought Watch Dogs, I guess I'm less affected than others.
