This issue is so weird, people are talking about this being an unfixable electricity problem. This has been happening on my phone aswell. It seems like this occurs permanently after plugging something in the power supply... This happens on console, phone and pc. I'd suggest checking all the videos out... There is one original link, and one youtube video i recorded. Hello, the pop-ins in games are really noticeable. They happen quickly rather than slowly disappearing. It’s making it hard for me to play because of these interruptions and lag on my phone, PC, and console. I’ve updated all the settings. On my phone, I also experience some black pop-ins when unlocking it.
Seems you're running the game at a lower visual quality with minimal distance for rendering.
