Jelly fin functions similarly to Plex, converting files in real time if you have sufficient processing power. I think the issue might lie with the file itself. Legal restrictions make it hard to clarify further. Breaking DRM on disks could violate the DMCA.

Server details Motherboard: ASRock Z370 Pro4 RAM: 16GB DDR4 CPU: Intel Core i7-8700K CPU @ 3.70GHz GPU: Nvidia 1660 (not listed in Unraid, unsure if it works and can't find info) I installed the drivers. Below is a snapshot of the file on the server and what Jellyfin pointed to.

Absolutely, that's the issue I'm encountering. It's tough to find assistance since the conversation isn't very clear. I do have Discord available if you'd like someone to assist with troubleshooting there.

Make sure you extracted the disk correctly. You might want to try MakeMKV or Handbreak. I've found success using make MKV, and Handbreak is useful when you need to switch formats.

Hey, I assumed I made a mistake there. I watched Linus' tutorial, so I might need a more thorough guide now. The video works well on mpc-be, which made me a bit unsure if I handled it correctly. Lol!

Yes, you can verify your flashing by checking the drive status in your system settings or using a diagnostic tool.

I place the disk into the drive. I wait for MakeMKV to read the data from the disk. I choose the video, audio, and subtitle tracks you prefer, and it will create the MKV file. You can fine-tune video and audio codec settings via the software to match your requirements.

No, you don't need to flash the Blue Ray reader.

I’m not sure about that. My only physical storage is DVDs, and I don’t have a Blu-ray drive. Plus, I can’t afford the large file sizes for 4K content, so I’ve never bought one.

Only when you need to extract 4K Blu-ray files are these options available, and not all BD drives support this feature.
