I'm setting up my jelly fin server on Ubuntu, but the IP used for iPad login isn't working. How can I access it and find the correct server address?

You likely operate under a double NAT setup. Do you have an ISP modem and a separate Wi-Fi router? If so, you should configure your ISP modem as a bridge and link your server straight to the Wi-Fi router.
