Hi friends, I’m facing a connectivity issue with my JBL Quantum 610 headset. It connects wirelessly through a USB dongle, but in Windows 11 the device won’t appear unless I disconnect and reconnect it. It functions properly otherwise, yet closing the settings resets the option until I reinsert the dongle. Since it’s plugged into the back of my computer, it’s quite bothersome. I’ve installed the Quantum software and formatted the system, but the problem persists. I’ve also tested other USB ports and tried using Windows 10. Any suggestions?
